This privacy policy covers the personal data collected through Trimi Palvelut Oy's website quote-request form.
3. Personal data we process
When you fill in the website's quote-request form, we process the following data:
- Name
- Company (if provided)
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Service needed
- Site location (if provided)
- Message content
4. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process this data to receive and respond to quote requests, and to prepare a possible customer relationship. The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received (Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation), and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

The data comes directly from you, when you fill in the website's form.
6. Data disclosures and processors
The form is delivered through a third-party service called Web3Forms, which forwards the form's contents to our email and does not store the data permanently. Web3Forms acts as a data processor; its own privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy. We do not otherwise sell your data or disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts' servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As a result, your browser may transmit data, such as your IP address, to Google when the fonts are loaded.
If you contact us via the website's WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to Meta's own privacy terms.
7. Data retention period
We retain data related to a quote request for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any resulting customer relationship, but no longer than 24 months from the initial contact, unless a statutory obligation (for example, accounting legislation) requires a longer retention period. Web3Forms retains form data according to its own policies (see section 6).
8. Data security
Form data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the data is limited to people who need it to process quote requests.
9. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- object to processing or request that it be restricted
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)
